Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You may request an order cancellation or modification before your order enters the processing or shipping stage.

Since we begin preparing orders quickly, we recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible to return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Onldom.com currently ships to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order.

How long does order processing take?

Our standard handling time is 1 business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST generally follow our standard processing schedule, while orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Handling time: 1 business day.
  • Shipping transit time: 2–6 business days.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

No. Onldom.com does not charge return processing fees for approved returns.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and approved after inspection, refunds are processed within 12 business days.
